Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms")

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the coaching services (the "Service") of Suzye Sheffield Coaching, Creative Alchemy LLC, The SoulSync Method, and/or the https://www.suzye.com or https://www.thesoulsyncmethod.com websites.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the ‘Service’ you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

You accept our Terms by:

a) continuing to use our programs and services

b) paying for our programs and services as advertised 

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, name, email address, payment information. Creative Alchemy LLC, The SoulSync Method, and Suzye Sheffield Coaching will not share or sell this information.  We value your privacy and will keep your information as safe as is within our control. We utilize Stripe and only information necessary for the completion of the transaction is shared with them.

Payment

Suzye Sheffield Coaching and The SoulSync Method provide multiple payment options.  By agreeing to these terms of service, you are agreeing to fulfill all monetary obligations for services purchased.  Payment is made in advance of service, or by written agreement of a payment plan.

A 2% interest fee is charged on all outstanding balances over 30 days. Interest will continue to accrue until all outstanding balances have been paid. If a collection agency or attorney is used to collect outstanding balances over 90 days, any fees incurred will be passed onto the client (to the extent allowed by law).

Due to the nature of Personal, Transformational Coaching, Creative Alchemy LLC, The SoulSync Method, and Suzye Sheffield Coaching have a strict no-refunds policy. Transformation occurs, and your commitment to your goals is strengthened when there is an equal exchange of energy. Therefore, making an investment in yourself is making an investment in your success. 

Services

The services ("Coaching" or "Tele-coaching") to be provided by Creative Alchemy LLC and Suzye Sheffield Coaching ("Coach") to you, the ("Client") are designed jointly with the Client.  Coaching is not advice, therapy, medical assistance, or counseling.  It may address specific personal projects, business successes, or general conditions in the Client's life or profession.

Rescheduling/Late Attendance

Coaching Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement between the Coach and the Client. Time is of great value; therefore, 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule coaching sessions. All sessions that are cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited except in cases of dire emergency. Arriving late to a coaching session will result in a shorter coaching session, so please be on time.

Confidentiality

The Coach promises the Client that all confidential information provided by the Client to the Coach will be kept strictly confidential and will only be disclosed with the Client’s consent or as required by law, regulatory body, or coaching industry requirements.

Coaching Relationship

Throughout the coaching relationship, the Coach will engage in direct and personal conversations. The Coach seeks to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. The Client understands that the power of the coaching relationship remains with the Client, and the Client agrees to commit to a powerful coaching relationship. If the Client believes the coaching is not working as intended, the Client will communicate that belief and take action to restore power to the coaching relationship.

Content

As part of your Coaching Package ("product"), you may be given documentation and resources to assist you on your journey. No part of these materials may be reproduced or distributed in any form or by any means. Duplicating, sharing, or uploading product files to sharing sites constitutes theft. All content provided to you is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Creative Alchemy LLC, TheSoulSync Method, Suzye Sheffield Coaching, and its programs have been created and provided solely for your personal, noncommercial use. You may not use the content, workbooks, or materials available from Creative Alchemy LLC or Suzye Sheffield Coaching in a manner that constitutes an infringement of our rights or that has not been authorized by us. More specifically, unless explicitly authorized by the owner of the materials, Creative Alchemy LLC (“Suzye Sheffield”), you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any material from Creative Alchemy LLC and/or Suzye Sheffield Coaching.

You may download and/or print one copy of individual pages of your program materials for your personal, noncommercial use, provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.

Please note that much of Suzye Sheffield Coaching is based on personal experience and anecdotal evidence. Although Suzye Sheffield makes every reasonable attempt to achieve complete accuracy and transparency of the content shared in her programs, she assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions. You should use this information as you see fit and at your own risk.

Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third­ party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Creative Alchemy LLC or Suzye Sheffield. Creative Alchemy LLC and Suzye Sheffield Coaching have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Creative Alchemy LLC, The SoulSync Method, and Suzye Sheffield shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Within some parts of https://suzye.com and https://thesoulsyncmethod.com there may be links to companies for which we are proud affiliates. This means that if you buy a product or service from one of these companies, we may receive a small commission. We only recommend products and services we trust and have used ourselves, or those for which we have great confidence.  Ultimately, it is your choice to engage with these products and/or services.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide adequate notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Dispute Resolution

The Coach and Client agree to resolve conflicts and concerns quickly and effectively. 

Any dispute between parties, will engage the following dispute resolution procedure:

(a) The complainant will communicate, in writing, the nature of the dispute, including the requested outcome desired by the complainant and the action the complainant thinks will settle the dispute.  The parties agree to meet in good faith to seek to resolve the dispute by mutual agreement.

(b) If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute, any party may refer the matter to a mediator. If the parties cannot agree on who the mediator should be, the complainant will choose a mediator from the Mediator's Directory of the Mississippi Bar Association, from among those who are in good standing and who reside in Lee County, Mississippi.  The mediator will decide the time and place for mediation. The parties must attend the mediation recommended by the mediator, in good faith, to seek to resolve the dispute through mediation or other alternative dispute resolution processes.

Any attempts made by the parties to resolve a dispute pursuant to this clause shall be without prejudice to any other rights or entitlements of the parties under these Terms, by law, or in equity.

Professional coaching is not counseling, psychotherapy, or psychoanalysis.

Professional coaching does not deal with the diagnosis or treatment of emotional problems. 

Creative Alchemy LLC, The SoulSync Method, and Suzye Sheffield Coaching do not guarantee or warrant any specific result or benefit to you from the coaching.

Since professional coaching does not constitute medical consultation or treatment, health insurance generally will not apply.
